  • Yes! We are licensed and insured. We are happy to provide proof of insurance to any client.

  • We provide traditional in-house estate sales, buyouts, and cleanouts.

  • A phone call is usually the best place to start. We will chat with you about your property and explore different options. From there, we will schedule our free in person consultation.

  • The initial consultation is always free!

  • While every house is different, a typical estate sale tends to take 1-2 weeks from start to finish. Buyouts and cleanouts can usually be concluded in a few days.

  • Every situation is different and there are many factors to consider: property size, quality of items, amount of garbage, etc. We do not quote the percentage we would charge until after the initial in person consultation.

  • We have a passion for sustainability and reducing waste. We strive to donate the majority of our leftovers to local nonprofits or those in need.

  • We ask that you do not throw anything away. Clients may think they are helping by disposing of what they deem as trash, but one person’s trash very well could be another person’s treasure. We also ask for you to have a clear idea on what will or will not be included in the sale.

  • No job is too small for us. If we believe that the contents of the home would not provide a lucrative sale, we have other options we can explore during our consultation.

  • We work with out of town clients frequently. We offer a hands off approach for our clients and are happy to connect with your local lawyer or realtor if you are working with one.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept sales while there is a person living in the home. You will find this is a common standard across estate sale company policies. We ask that the homeowner and any friends or family are not on site during our process.

  • We promote our sales on multiple websites, both local and nation wide. On average, our sales get over 14,000 views online! We also have an email database and utilize social media.

  • We know that the estate sale process can be a stressful time for those involved. That is why we aim to provide turn key service and a personalized, hands-off plan for each and every client, making the entire process a breeze. Our staff are knowledgeable, caring, and empathetic. We also pride ourselves in providing a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
